Clothes constitute the first stage of the design process. In model design
it took a long time for new ideas to be formed for the clothing planned to be produced

Our modelhane team; works the sample sample with great care to be a reference at all stages of the product and then delivers the samples to the relevant units. Our team of modelists, who work with computers equipped with the latest version programs, has the ability to respond to all kinds of collection transactions. Our modelhouse department is one of the strongest departments of our enterprise with its fast service, expert employees, special design and product development departments and computerized mold system.
Gerber and Bullmer Cutting systems are used in our slaughterhouse, and seriation is performed with a special electronic machine and cutting is performed with a cutter connected to a plotter device. All the produced parts are meticulously metolanized and sorted and packaged according to the sewing shops.
Semi-finished products, which have passed each stage meticulously, are delivered to the planting department for the final stage. Here, the parts from the slaughterhouse are joined by the personnel working with the tape system and the operations are completed. Nano prefers the Juki brand on the machines used in Clothing and Textile sewing.
At this stage, various experiments are conducted. As a result of the experiments, both washing and measurement criteria are reviewed and washing begins. Quality control is applied after each process in the washing department and an inaccuracy that may occur on the product is taken under control before it grows further. Technological superiority and expert management staff have brought our Decking department to a point that will set an example among its peers.
Compliance with the expected quality standard of our production processes is evaluated separately at each stage of the process, and at the final point, it is rigorously audited from a broad perspective and in the light of customer criteria. The perfection of each part is the ultimate goal of the quality control circle. All our controls are carried out according to the AQL 2,5 standard. The approved products are now ready for ironing and their global journey.
The labeling, packaging and shipment procedure for each of our customers is carried out by our ironing and packaging department. The production process is completed with a fast, uninterrupted shipment that will meet expectations 100%.
After the ironing process is completed, the products that are folded, labeled and packaged are made ready for sale.
